The Clear Sleep™ appliance reduces nighttime snoring and mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea in adults by moving the mandible forward in adjustable increments, opening the airway for easier breathing. The appliance includes:
- Customized upper and lower trays for individual patients
- Patented strong and durable stabilizing posts for attachment of Connector Rods
- A series of strong, easy-to-change Connector Rods for mandibular advancement
- Flexible Connector Rods for greater lateral movement and overall comfort
- Up to 7mm advancement (based on protrusive bite provided with the working models)
Customized Tray Options:
The standard design uses dual laminate material for comfort, retentiveness, and is BPA-free. All Acrylic Trays with ball clasps are recommended for mal-aligned teeth, edentulous spaces, or lack of natural undercuts. For heavy bruxers or clenchers, Anterior Discluding elements and/or Bilateral Posterior Acrylic Pads can be added for control or increased vertical.

The appliance is adjustable by your dentist to reposition your jaw for reduced snoring and sleep apnea. Follow care and cleaning instructions, store it properly, and attend regular follow-up visits with your dentist for best results.
